Custom designed manifold


Some applications may require extensive modifications that remove
them from the "standard" class of the "Bar Stock" type of manifold.

These may be modifications such as larger pressure and return lines,
special port or valve locations, special type of take-off connections,
unique mounting methods, integral check valves in the pressure line,
or more than one size of value on a manifold.

Manifolds with these kinds of features can be readily built to your
specifications.

In preparing special manifolds, Birmingham Hydraulics, Inc. will work from
your design prints or our engineers will design your manifold using the
latest in computer aided design technology to your circuit and bill of
materials.

Special manifolds are constructed of steel or aluminum depending on
pressures, fluids, etc.

All custom manifolds, or manifolds constructed of special materials, are
quoted upon request.
